As a Data Architect, you will lead the design and development of data solutions for our clients. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with stakeholders, analytics, and our project teams to ensure data is efficiently collected, stored, and analyzed. Your work will enable key decision-makers to access actionable insights, optimizing business performance and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop data architecture that supports both business and technical requirements, ensuring efficient data flow and storage.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions that enhance business intelligence, reporting, and data governance efforts.
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices for data management, including backup, recovery, and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Lead data integration initiatives across multiple systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data exchange and accuracy.
- Develop data models that align with business processes and objectives, optimizing the structure for scalability and performance.
- Mentor and collaborate with technical teams, offering guidance on data management practices and solutions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in data architecture to propose innovative solutions that enhance data efficiency.
Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in a Data Architect role or similar position with a focus on data management, data governance, and architecture design.
- Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and data warehousing.
- Strong experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, and cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with ETL processes and tools for data integration (e.g., Apache NiFi, Talend, Informatica).
- Solid understanding of data governance, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in Data Architecture or Cloud Data Solutions are a bonus.
