We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to help shape and execute Project X’s marketing efforts, with a strong focus on pipeline creation and brand visibility. This role is best suited for someone with experience working within the cloud data and analytics ecosystem or supporting go-to-market efforts for data platforms, consulting partners, or professional services firms.In this role, you will own the execution of initiatives that support client growth and talent attraction. You’ll work closely with Sales, Partners, Leadership, and internal subject-matter experts, balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery.
Your time will be primarily focused on client and pipeline growth (approximately 80% initially, shifting over time to closer to 60%), with the remaining effort dedicated to talent brand and recruiting marketing (growing from roughly 20% to 40%). You will operate in a hybrid working model (up to three days per week in person as needed) and report directly to the President.

What You’ll Do
- Execute marketing programs that support sales, partners, and pipeline growth across key offerings and industries
- Plan and run campaigns, content, case studies, landing pages, and partner initiatives, including co-marketing and events
- Turn technical expertise from internal teams into clear, compelling client-facing content
- Support recruiting through engaging job postings, career content, referral initiatives, and employer brand visibility
- Manage and connect content across website, LinkedIn, blog, Glassdoor, and other relevant social media channels
- Track and report on performance using tools such as HubSpot or Zoho, with a focus on pipeline influence and outcomes
- Work across multiple stakeholders, incorporate feedback quickly, and balance speed with quality
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or marketing, ideally within the cloud data and analytics ecosystem or supporting go-to-market efforts for data platforms, consulting partners, or professional services firms.
- Strong writing and content execution skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business-relevant messaging
- Experience supporting sales-led and partner-led growth, including campaigns and events
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools and channels (HubSpot or Zoho, LinkedIn Ads, and basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe)
- Comfortable owning execution, managing multiple initiatives, and working with evolving priorities
